非机动车道混合流通行能力计算及特性分析

【摘要】 针对非机动车交错行驶、蛇形运动特点,为更合理计算非机动车道混合流通行能力,提出了一种基于时空消耗的非机动车道混合流通行能力计算方法。通过武汉市7条非机动车道的饱和时段交通流观测数据,采用本文方法计算该7条非机动车道的混合流通行能力;利用数据拟合与方差分析得到不同隔离方式及宽度下非机动车车速及电动自行车比例对单一非机动车平均时空消耗的影响,进而分析非机动车道的混合流通行能力特性。实例研究结果表明:纯电动自行车比纯人力自行车的单一非机动车平均时空消耗约降低2.15 (m~2·s)/辆,电动自行车的运行效率高于人力自行车,对通行能力具有提升作用。基于时空消耗的混合非机动车道通行能力计算分析,能克服忽略非机动车行驶特性及多因素简化降低非机动车道混合流通行能力计算精度的弊端,计算原理清晰,便于路上试验开展。

【Abstract】 In order to calculate the mixed flow capacity of non-motorized lanes more reasonably based on the characteristics of staggered driving and serpentine movement of non-motorized vehicles, a method of calculating the mixed flow capacity of non-motorized lanes based on time-space consumption was proposed. The mixed traffic capacity of seven non-motorized lanes in Wuhan is calculated by using the observed traffic flow data during the saturation hours of these seven non-motorized lanes. The effects of non-motorized vehicle speed and the proportion of e-bikes on the average time-space consumption of a single non-motorized vehicle under different isolation method and widths were obtained using data fitting and variance analysis, and then the mixed traffic capacity characteristics of non-motorized lanes are analyzed. The results of the case study show that: the average time-space consumption of pure e-bikes is about 2.15(m~2·s)/veh lower than that of a single non-motorized vehicle with pure manual bikes, and the operating efficiency of e-bikes is higher than that of manual bikes, which has an enhancing effect on the capacity. The calculation and analysis of mixed non-motorized lane capacity based on time-space consumption can overcome the drawbacks of ignoring non-motorized vehicle driving characteristics and multi-factor simplification to reduce the accuracy of non-motorized lane mixed flow capacity calculations, and the calculation principle is clear and easy to carry out on-road tests.
