【Abstract】 With its good biocompatibility, adjustable degradation, appropriate mechanical strength and drug-loaded properties, silk fibroin has gradually been used as an emerging barrier material in oral tissue regeneration. In this paper, we summarize the relevant literature of silk fibroin as a barrier material in oral tissue regeneration, and discuss the limitations and future development trends of silk fibroin material, in order to provide reference for further research on silk fibroin in oral tissue regeneration.更多还原
