【摘要】 中央经济工作会议强调加快发展新质生产力。在加快形成新质生产力，推进现代服务业的大格局下，“创新”达到了发展新高度。科技服务业作为现代服务业的重要组成部分，符合新质生产力的发展特征。文章在深度调研的基础上以南通市崇川区科技服务业发展情况为例，分析科技服务业的发展现状以及当前面临的困难、挑战。经调研，分析出崇川区科技服务业面临着产业链条不完整，行业细分结构不合理；产业集聚度不高，政策支持总体偏弱；高层次人才紧缺，业务能力亟待提升等困境。笔者从科技管理者的角度提出科技服务业创新发展的建议，包括谋划顶层设计、加强创新协同、调结构优业态、大力招揽人才等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Central Economic Work Conference emphasized accelerating the development of new quality productive forces. Under the general pattern of accelerating the formation of new quality productive forces and promoting modern service industry, “innovation” has come to a new height of development. As an important part of modern service industry, science and technology service industry corresponds with the development characteristics of new quality productivity forces. Based on in-depth research, this paper takes the development of science and technology service industry in Chongchuan district of Nantong city as an example to analyze the development status of science and technology service industry and the current difficulties and challenges. Through investigation, the science and technology service industry in Chongchuan district has the following problems: the incomplete industrial chain, the unreasonable industry subdivision structure, the low degree of industrial agglomeration, and the weak policy support. Besides, the shortage of high-level talents and the urgent need to improve business capabilities are difficult problems. From the perspective of science and technology managers, the author puts forward some suggestions on the innovation and development of science and technology service industry among planning top-level design, strengthening innovation coordination, adjusting structure and optimizing business formats, and vigorously attracting talents.更多还原
