【Abstract】 User needs are the basis of libraries to provide learning support services. Due to the diversity and hierarchy of user needs, libraries should not only meet the basic needs of users when providing learning support services, but also consider and meet the higher-level needs of users from all aspects. The paper based on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory, combined with the current situation of learning support services in university libraries, design the structure framework of learning support services in university libraries, and propose strategies for the construction of learning support service systems in university libraries: strive to improve user experience; building a diversified collaborative social service platform and a smart reference consulting platform; innovative learning support services.更多还原
