【Abstract】 The article investigated the publication status, Article Processing Charge, publishers, CC protocols, JCR indicator data, etc. of 155 journals in Classification Catalogue of High-Quality Science and Technology Journals in the Field of Food Science and Engineering(2022 Edition), analyzed the current situation of high-quality journals in the field of food engineering and technology, and provided reference for the construction, evaluation, and sustainable development of high-quality journals in China from the aspects of standardizing OA journal publishing, installing cluster publishing and dissemination platforms, and optimizing journal ecology.更多还原
