【Abstract】 With the promulgation of national new energy vehicle industry development plan, it is urgent to carry out corresponding reforms on the basis of the traditional automobile talent training program. Therefore, in order to train more and better new energy compound talents for enterprises, from the perspective of talent demand in the new energy vehicle market, this paper takes the training program of vehicle engineering specialty of Anhui University of Science and Technology as an example, and makes a superficial exploration on the development of the training program of vehicle engineering professionals in the context of the new energy vehicle industry.更多还原
