【Abstract】 Implementing the employment-first strategy is an important part of Xi Jinping’s Economic Thought. Xi Jinping’s important expositions on the employment-first strategy have enriched and developed Marxist employment theory with new ideas and content, and formed a scien-tific theoretical system on the employment-first strategy, which has profound implications of historical material-ism and dialectical materialism. Stabilizing employment as the primary task of people’s livelihood work fully re-flects the value orientation of the mass historical view on the subjectivity of the people. Preventing the risk of large-scale unemployment as a key task fully reflects the philosophical consciousness of the dialectical unity of objective regularity and subjective initiative. Grasping the key groups and key links of employment work fully re-flects the dialectical method of the unity of the “two-point theory” and the “key point theory”. Development as the fundamental way to the employment-first strategy fully reflects the scientific principle of the dialectical unity of productivity and production relations.更多还原
