案例教学与OSCE在临床药物治疗学教学中的应用研究

【摘要】 目的:将案例教学法与客观结构化临床考试相结合运用于临床药物治疗学本科教学,以期提高临床药学专业本科教学质量,培养符合临床需求的医药卫生人才。方法:根据临床药物治疗学教学大纲内容,设计与理论课和实验课相匹配的教学案例与客观结构化临床考试案例,并运用到教学活动中。结果:案例教学法能够激发学生课前预习的主动性及课堂参与度,提高课堂效率;临床结构化考试在对学生进行考核的同时,能够提高学生的沟通交流能力及实践技能。结论:案例教学法与客观结构化临床考试相结合运用于临床药物治疗学教学,有助于提高教学质量。

【Abstract】 Objective: The combination of case-based learning(CBL) and objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) is applied to the undergraduate teaching of clinical pharmacotherapy, with a view to improving the quality of undergraduate teaching of clinical pharmacy and cultivating medical and health care talents in conformity with the clinical requirements. Methods: According to the content of the syllabus of Clinical Pharmacotherapeutics, this paper designs teaching cases and objective structured clinical examination cases that match the theoretical and experimental courses, and uses them in teaching practice. Results: The CBL can stimulate students’ ability of pre-study and classroom participation, and improve classroom efficiency; the OSCE can improve students’ communication and practical abilities at the identical time of assessment. Conclusion: The application of CBL combined with OSCE in teaching clinical pharmacotherapy helps to improve the quality of teaching and learning.
