【摘要】 高校学生干部的心理和行为表现与心理学中的社会动机紧密相关。该文首先分析了高校学生干部的心理和行为特征，然后探讨社会动机在高校学生干部成长和工作中所起的作用。结果表明，亲合动机、权力动机、成就动机和利他动机从不同方面很大程度地影响了高校学生干部的心理和行为表现。相关结论有利于从理论视角理解高校学生干部投身学生工作的心理驱动力，也有利于指导高校学生干部建立积极的心理状态，树立良好的价值观，提升个人素养和工作能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The psychological and behavioral performance of student leaders in colleges and universities are closely related to social motivation in psychology. This paper first analyzes the psychological and behavioral characteristics of student leaders in colleges and universities, and then explores the role of social motivation in the growth and work of them. The results show that affinity motivation, power motivation, achievement motivation and altruistic motivation greatly affect the psychological and behavioral performance of student leaders in colleges and universities from different aspects. Relevant conclusions are conducive to the theoretical understanding of the psychological driving force of student cadres in colleges and universities to devote themselves to student work, and are also helpful to guide them to establish a positive psychological state, establish good values, and improve personal qualities and working abilities.更多还原
