基于ABAQUS的新型格型地下连续墙稳定性评估

【摘要】 对于需要采用格型地下连续墙围护的工程而言,设计一种能够节省造价的新型格型地下连续墙并评估其稳定性具有很大的意义。本文以广州某码头项目为背景,结合工程设计资料、钻探、物探资料,设计一种新型格型地下连续墙,并利用ABAQUS有限元软件,建立新型格型地下连续墙模型,模拟基坑开挖过程,进行有限元计算并分析结果,对照现场实测数据,对该种新型格型地下连续墙的稳定性进行评估。研究结果表明:该种新型格型地下连续墙有限元计算最大侧移为20 mm,实测数据为14 mm,满足稳定性的要求,同时达到节省造价的目的;新型格型地下连续墙最大侧移出现在基坑底部与该种新型格型地下连续墙的“一型”位置的相交处;采用ABAQUS模拟,能够较好地对新型格型地下连续墙的稳定性进行评估。

【Abstract】 For projects that require the use of grid type underground continuous wall enclosure,designing a new type of grid type underground continuous wall that can save costs and evaluating its stability is of great significance.This article takes a certain dock project in Guangzhou as the background and combines engineering design data,drilling,and geophysical exploration data to design a new type of grid type underground continuous wall.Using ABAQUS finite element software,a new type of grid type underground continuous wall model is established to simulate the excavation process of the foundation pit.Finite element calculations are conducted and the results are analyzed.The stability of this new type of grid type underground continuous wall is evaluated against on-site measured data. The research results indicate that the maximum lateral displacement calculated by the finite element method for this new type of lattice type underground continuous wall is 20 mm,and the measured data is 14 mm,which meets the stability requirements and achieves the goal of cost savings;The maximum lateral displacement of the new grid type underground continuous wall occurs at the intersection of the bottom of the foundation pit and the "one type" position of the new grid type underground continuous wall; Using ABAQUS simulation can effectively evaluate the stability of the new grid type underground continuous wall.
