【摘要】 以277份政策文本中乡村公共文化空间相关条款为数据样本，从结构、功能和内容3个维度，探究乡村公共文化空间政策主题与政策工具运用的适配性问题，为科学研判未来政策制定方向和执行实践提供参考依据。指出现有乡村公共文化空间政策主题下存在的政策工具配置“缺位”、政策工具功能“弱位”和政策工具使用“错位”等问题，提出需通过完善配置结构、保障功能发挥、重视对口供给等措施来提高二者的适配性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the specific clauses of rural public cultural space policies in 277 policy texts as the data samples,this paper explores the adaptability of the policy themes and the use of policy tools from structure,function and content to provide reference basis for scientific judgment of future policy formulation direction and implementation practice.It points out that under the existing policy theme of rural public cultural space,there are some problems such as“absent position”in the configuration of policy tools,“weak position”in the function of policy tools and“misplaced position”in the utilization of policy tools,and puts forward some measures to improve their adaptability,which include improving the configuration structure,guaranteeing the function play,and emphasizing the corresponding supply,etc.更多还原
