蚌埠市超低能耗建筑实现路径研究

【摘要】 推动建筑节能迈向超低能耗、近零能耗,对建筑领域实现“碳达峰、碳中和”具有重要意义。夏热冬冷地区具有特殊性,同时对夏季制冷和冬季供暖存在较大的需求。本文基于蚌埠市典型气象年的逐时气象参数,定性分析超低能耗措施适用性,再选取典型住宅建筑及公共建筑,采用DeST进行能耗模拟,确定超低能耗建筑各项技术措施节能效果,提出适用于蚌埠地区的超低能耗技术路径,以期为蚌埠市超低能耗建筑提供指导。

【Abstract】 Advancing building energy efficiency towards ultra-low and nearly zero energy consumption holds significant importance for achieving “Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality” in the building sector. Regions with hot summer and cold winter possess unique characteristics and have substantial demands for both summer cooling and winter heating. This paper, leveraging hourly meteorological parameters from a typical meteorological year in Bengbu City, qualitatively analyzes the applicability of ultra-low energy consumption measures. Furthermore, typical residential and public buildings are selected for energy consumption simulation by using DeST to ascertain the energy-saving effects of various technical measures for ultra-low energy buildings. Based on this, a technical pathway suitable for ultra-low energy consumption in Bengbu is proposed, aiming to provide guidance for the development of ultra-low energy buildings in this city.
