建筑隐蔽管线智能探测技术与应用研究

【摘要】 老旧小区建筑升级改造,是大力推动的民生工程,隐蔽管线的改造是建筑品质提升至关重要的一环,而隐蔽管线的探测定位是改造的基础。本文梳理了隐蔽管线探测的方法及适用的场景,总结了建筑隐蔽管线敷设的位置、管线类型、管线尺寸等参数应用情况。由于既有建筑隐蔽管线存在类型多样、埋设杂乱、埋设介质复杂,造成隐蔽管线探测能力差、精度低等问题,本文分别从探测设备、智能化识别算法、管控平台介绍了建筑隐蔽管线探测及监管关键技术研发情况,促进既有建筑隐蔽管线探测数字化发展,助力既有建筑性能提升。

【Abstract】 The upgrading and renovation in old residential areas is a livelihood project that is vigorously promoted. The renovation of concealed pipelines is a crucial part of improving the quality of buildings, while the detection of concealed pipelines is the foundation for the renovation. This article reviews the methods and applicable scenarios for detecting concealed pipelines, and summarizes the application situations of parameters such as the laying positions, pipeline types and pipeline sizes of the concealed pipelines in buildings. Due to the problems of diverse types, disordered layout, and complex media of concealed pipelines in existing buildings, there are issues with poor detection capabilities and low accuracy in detecting these pipelines. This article introduces the research and development of key technologies for detecting and monitoring concealed pipelines in buildings, including detection equipment, intelligent identification algorithms, as well as management and control platforms respectively, so as to promote the digitalization of concealed pipeline detection in existing buildings and help improve their performance in existing buildings.
