论教师的学科专业属性——九要素四层级理论模型建构
On the Disciplinary Professional Attributes of Teachers:Construction of the Nine Element and Four Level Theoretical Model
【摘要】 教师学科专业属性是教师全专业属性的重要组成部分,其内涵包含学科知识、学科能力、学科方法、学科技巧、学科文化、学科思想、学科伦理、学科思政、跨学科素养九个要素。掌握学科专业知识与能力是第一层级,掌握学科专业方法与技巧是第二层级,掌握学科文化与思想是第三层级,掌握学科专业伦理与学科思政是第四层级。从当前教育变革的要求出发进行分析,发现教师的学科专业属性不仅是教师获得专业资格和实现专业发展的基础,也会影响到教师履行专业职责和实现立德树人的教育目标。针对我国当前教师教育现状,培养教师的学科专业属性应该重点关注三个方面:一是建构指向教师学科专业属性的学科教师教育体系;二是建构面向职前教师的跨学科教师教育体系;三是促进学科专业、伦理专业、学习专业和教导专业的有效整合。
【Abstract】 Disciplinary professional attributes of teachers are an important component of their overall professional attributes,which include nine elements:disciplinary knowledge,ability,methods,skills,culture,ideology,ethics,ideology and politics,and interdisciplinary competency.Mastering disciplinary professional knowledge and ability is the first level,disciplinary professional methods and skills the second,disciplinary professional culture and ideology the third,and disciplinary professional ethics and ideology and politics the fourth.Starting from the requirements of current educational reform,it is found that the attributes are the foundation for teachers to obtain professional qualification and achieve professional development and affect teachers’ ability to fulfill professional responsibilities and achieve the educational goal of fostering virtue through education.According to the current situation of teacher education in China,cultivating the attributes should focus on three aspects:constructing disciplinary teacher education system that points to the attributes,constructing interdisciplinary teacher education system for pre-service teachers,and promoting the effective integration of disciplinary,ethical,learning and teaching profession.
