技术发展视角下数字经济对绿色经济发展的影响机制及空间效应分析

【摘要】 通过搜集2011—2020年中国30个省份的空间面板数据,构建空间杜宾模型,实证分析数字经济发展对绿色经济效率的传导机制以及空间溢出效应。研究结果显示:第一,数字经济发展对绿色经济效率具有显著的正向作用及空间溢出效应;第二,相比于中西部地区,东部地区数字经济的空间效应更为显著;第三,数字经济可以通过产业结构优化升级与技术创新改善提升从而推动绿色经济的发展。据此提出加大数字技术研发和创新的投入,全面推动数字经济与传统产业融合,推动数字技术与绿色创新技术的融合发展等政策建议。

【Abstract】 By collecting the spatial panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020, this paper empirically analyzes the transmission mechanism and spatial spillover effects of digital economy development on green economy efficiency under the Spatial Durbin Model. The research results show that: firstly, the development of the digital economy has a significant positive effect and spatial spillover effect on the efficiency of the green economy. Secondly,compared to the central and western regions, the spatial effects of the digital economy in the eastern region are more significant. Thirdly, the digital economy can promote the development of green economy by optimizing and upgrading industrial structure and improving technological innovation. Based on this, policy recommendations are proposed to increase investment in digital technology research and innovation, comprehensively promote the integration of the digital economy and traditional industries, and promote the integration and development of digital technology and green innovation technology.
