【Abstract】 Food toxicology is highly applicable and practical.In the teaching, it is found that the course involves a wide range of disciplines, with dry knowledge, and most of the concepts are obscure, which cause the students to lose concentration in class, resulting in poor teaching effectiveness.By integrating project teaching method with autonomous learning, we can effectively increase the interest and innovation of teaching, stimulate students′potential for independent learning, and improved the quality of food toxicology teaching.更多还原
