新工科背景下“学研创”三位一体导师制培养模式探索

【摘要】 随着新工科教育理念的提出和实施,高等教育领域面临着培养创新人才的挑战。通过构建“学业―科研―双创”三位一体的导师制培养模式,可以促进学生综合能力的提升。该模式通过把握学生阶段需求、明确导师职责本位、发挥多元主体作用等工作机制,以达到健全导师立体教育体系、促进教育教学高质量发展、建构“三全育人”教育格局的实施成效,为新工科背景下的人才培养提供了新的思路和方法。

【Abstract】 With the proposal and implementation of the concept of new engineering education, the field of higher education is facing the challenge of cultivating innovative talents. Through the construction of "study-scientific researchinnovation and entrepreneurship" trinity tutorial system training model, we can promote the improvement of students’ comprehensive ability. By grasping the needs of students at the stage, defining the responsibility standard of mentors,playing the role of multiple subjects and other working mechanisms, we can achieve the implementation effect of perfecting the three-dimensional education system of mentors, promoting the high-quality development of education and teaching, and establishing the educational pattern of "three full-education", which provides new ideas for personnel training under the background of new engineering.
