【摘要】 作为地质类学科的专业特色和地质人才培养的重要环节，野外实习一直受到国内外高校地质类专业的高度重视。兰州大学区域地质测量野外实习以白银市平川区刀棱山为实习地点，在以培养一流地质专业人才为目标的育人理念引导下，通过多年实践经验积累，在教师团队建设、实习前准备工作、实习实施过程、考核制度等方面作出了积极的教学改革和创新尝试，形成了较为完善的教学组织和管理模式，教学效果和学生培养质量得到显著提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a major feature of geology and an important part in the training of geological talents, field practice has been highly valued by geology majors in domestic and foreign universities. The field practice of regional geological survey of Lanzhou University takes Daoleng Mountain, Pingchuan District, Baiyin City as the practice location. Guided by the concept of educating first-class geological professionals as the goal, and through years of practical experience, active teaching reform and innovation attempts have been made in the aspects of teacher team building, pre-practice preparation,practice implementation process, assessment system, etc., a relatively complete teaching organization and management model has been formed, and the teaching effect and student training quality have been significantly improved.更多还原
