【摘要】 目的：对临床药师参与临床医学实习生带教模式进行初步探索，以期为实习生的带教实践提供参考。方法：通过实施相应的教学模式，对临床药师参与临床医学实习生带教进行探讨和分析。结果：临床医学实习生对药学知识的掌握程度得以提升，合理用药意识有所增强，并形成了药品不良反应监测和上报的观念。结论：临床医学实习生的带教实践取得了预期效果，为临床医学生向临床医生角色的转变打下了一定的基础，有利于提高临床用药的合理性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the participation of clinical pharmacists in the teaching mode of clinical medical interns, in order to provide reference for the teaching practice of interns. Method: By implementing corresponding teaching models, explore and analyze the participation of clinical pharmacists in teaching clinical medical interns.Result: Clinical medical interns have improved their mastery of pharmaceutical knowledge, enhanced their awareness of rational drug use, and developed a concept of monitoring and reporting adverse drug reactions.
