静电纺丝技术在口腔屏障膜的研究进展
Advances in electrostatic spinning technology for oral barrier membranes
【摘要】 屏障膜是口腔引导骨再生及引导牙周组织再生中的关键材料。近年来,静电纺丝技术凭借良好的生物相容性、可控的纤维形貌、较强的空间维持能力等特点,在口腔屏障膜的应用方面展现出巨大的临床潜力。本文首先介绍了口腔屏障膜的研究现状,重点针对静电纺丝技术原理、该技术制备的口腔屏障膜在抗菌以及促进成骨等方面进行了综述,最后对静电纺丝技术用于口腔屏障膜的未来发展进行了展望。
【Abstract】 Barrier membranes are key materials in oral guide bone regeneration and guide periodontal tissue regeneration. In recent years, electrostatic spinning technology has shown great clinical potential in the application of oral barrier membranes due to its good biocompatibility, controllable fiber morphology, and strong space maintenance ability. This paper firstly introduces the current research status of oral barrier membranes, focuses on the principle of electrostatic spinning technology, and summarizes the antibacterial and osteogenesis aspects of oral barrier membranes prepared by this technology, and finally looks forward to the future development of electrostatic spinning technology for oral barrier membranes.
