多学科交叉融合背景下高校土木类专业人才培养模式探索

【摘要】 面对世界百年未有之大变局,我国深化推进“新工科”建设,创新发展“世界一流、中国特色”的高等工程教育人才培养新范式,势在必行。首先,文章归纳分析了我国高校土木类专业工程教育的现状和存在的关键问题;继而,从育人理念、育人体系和课程思政体系三个层次入手,系统介绍了多学科交叉融合背景下高校土木类专业工程教育人才培养模式探索与实践,提出以特色为牵引的土木类专业人才培养理念,构建了“五个结合”育人体系,开办新兴专业,赋能传统专业;最后,从理念与制度、教学模式两方面给出对未来土木类专业工程教育的一些建议。

【Abstract】 In the face of unprecedented changes in the world in a century,it is imperative to deepen the construction of "new engineering disciplines" and develop a new paradigm for talent cultivation in China’s higher engineering education: "worldclass and with Chinese characteristics".Firstly,the key issues of civil engineering education against the background of multidisciplinary perspective are summarized.Then,starting from levels of education philosophy,education system,and curriculum ideological and political system,the exploration and practice of talent cultivation mode in civil engineering education against the background of interdisciplinary integration is introduced.We propose the concept of top-notch innovative talent cultivation in civil engineering majors guided by special features,constructing the education system of "five combinations" by opening emerging majors and empowering traditional majors.Finally,some suggestions for future civil engineering education are provided through the perspectives of concepts,systems,and teaching models.
