进口乳制品中兽药残留的快速灵敏检测技术研究进展

【摘要】 随着人们对乳制品的需求日益增加,口岸进出口乳制品中兽药残留问题受到了广泛关注。兽药残留不仅会对乳制品品质造成影响,而且会危害到乳制品食用者的身体健康。因此,加强进口乳制品中兽药残留的准确、快速检测,对于提高乳制品的快速通关以及保证质量安全具有十分重要的意义。本文通过综述乳制品中药物残留的现状和快速检测方法应用(包括荧光传感技术、表面增强拉曼光谱、电化学传感技术和测流免疫分析试纸条),比较了各种检测方法的优势和不足,旨在为进口乳制品中兽药残留快速检测提供参考,为消费者的身体健康和进出口食品安全保障提供了新的思路和策略。

【Abstract】 As demand for dairy products grows,the issue of veterinary drug residues in these products has garnered widespread attention. Overuse of veterinary drugs results in residues surpassing the maximum permissible levels,compromising both the quality of dairy products and the health of those who consume them. Therefore,enhancing the accuracy and speed of detecting veterinary drug residues in dairy products is crucial for improving their quality and safety. This paper reviewed the current situation of drug residues in dairy products and the application of rapid detection methods(including fluorescence sensing technology,surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy,electrochemical sensing technology,and lateral flow immunoassay test strips). Furthermore,the advantages and disadvantages of various detection methods were compared,aiming to provide reference for the rapid detection of veterinary drug residues,promote the rapid development of the dairy industry,and provide new ideas and strategies for consumer health and food safety protection.
