【摘要】 目的 观察舒筋通络颗粒治疗椎间盘源性颈痛的临床疗效。方法 将88例肝肾阴虚，气滞血瘀型椎间盘源性颈痛(DNP)患者，随机分为两组，各44例。对照组服用布洛芬缓释胶囊，治疗组在对照组基础上服用舒筋通络颗粒，治疗4周。比较治疗前后对两组患者VAS、NDI评分、ROM活动度、颈部肌肉耐力和力量，以及炎症因子和血清T 淋巴细胞亚群指标。结果 治疗4周后，治疗组TNF-α、IL-1β炎症因子和T淋巴细胞CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+水平及CD4~+/CD8~+水平较治疗前均改善且优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS、NDI及ROM评分均较治疗前显著改善，且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)；两组治疗后颈部肌群上斜方肌、竖脊肌表面肌电图RMS、MF值均较治疗前明显改善，且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 舒筋通络颗粒治疗肝肾阴虚、气滞血瘀型DNP临床疗效确切，可明显减轻患者疼痛及改善患者颈部功能，并拓展其适应症，安全性良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shujin Tongluo granule in the treatment of discogenic neck pain (DNP).Methods Totally 88 cases of discogenic neck pain with kidney Yin deficiency,Qi stagnation and blood stasissyndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 44 cases in each group.Patients in the control group took ibuprofen sustained-release capsule.Patients in the treatment group took Shujin Tongluo granule on the basis of the control group.Each group was treated for 4 weeks.Visualanalogue score (VAS),neck disabilitv index (NDI),cervical range of motion (ROM),neck muscle strength and endurance,and inflammatory factors and Serum levels of T lymphocyte subsets were compared before and after treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β inflammatory factors,CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+ and CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio in T lymphocyte subsets in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and treatment group were better than those of control group (P<0.05).VAS,NDI and ROM scores of both groups were significantly improved after treatment,and treatment group were better than those of control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the surface EMG RMS and MF values of upper trapezius muscle and erector spine muscle in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and treatment group were better than those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Shujin Tongluo granule is effective in the treatment of DNP of kidney Yin deficiency,Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type,which can effectively reduce the degree of pain in patients,improve the neck movement function,expand its indication,with good safety and to obtain accurate and reliable evidence-based basis.更多还原
