【Abstract】 As one of the most well-preserved villages, the Shuimei’s is in central Fujian in terms of traditional architectural style, in which the Shuimei fort is a rare example of aggregated forts in central Fujian. On the basis of field research, with the help of relevant information recorded in local records, genealogies, historical materials and other literary, combined with spatial samples of architectural entities, the article tries to clarify the construction process of the unique spatial form of Shuimei fort in Shaxian County, Fujian Province, summarize the key factors affecting the spatial construction and evolution of Shuimei fort in Shaxian County, and reveal that the process of the morphological construction of Shuimei fort implies that the construction strategy of the subject to respond to the transformation of specific environments and needs, and to respond to the reality of the problem with the architectural form in the process of continuous inheritance and variability.更多还原
