煤矿采掘面隐患排查治理效果评价研究
Evaluation on the effect of investigation and administer of hidden dangers in coal mine
【摘要】 基于袁店二井煤矿生产,全面的隐患排查治理对于避免事故发生、提高矿井生产效率和优化矿井安全管理而言有重要的作用。为预防事故发生,消除安全隐患,建立了评价指标体系,利用AHP法确定各级指标的权重,结合煤矿现场实际情况,由三位专家现场打分,利用TOPSIS法构造评价矩阵,计算出影响煤矿采掘面隐患排查治理效果指标的综合得分,得到6个一级指标下影响隐患排查治理效果最显著的6个二级指标,并提出相应的治理效果评价体系,该体系适用于常规煤矿采掘面的隐患排查及治理。
【Abstract】 Based on the production of Yuandian Erjing coal mine, the comprehensive investigation and treatment of hidden dangers plays an important role in avoiding accidents, improving mine production efficiency and optimizing mine safety management. To prevent accidents, eliminate safety problems, to preventive measures, we established the evaluation index system, using the AHP method to determine the weight of all levels of indicators, combined with the actual situation of the coal mine site, by three experts on the spot scoring, using the TOPSIS method to construct the evaluation matrix, calculate the influence of coal mining surface hidden management effect of comprehensive score, get six primary indicators under the hidden management effect of the most significant six secondary indicators, and put forward the corresponding governance effect evaluation system, which is suitable for the investigation and treatment of conventional coal mine mining surface.
