不同形态二沉池参数数值模拟和实验研究
Numerical simulation and experimental study on parameters of different forms of secondary sedimentation tanks
【摘要】 随着社会经济的快速发展,国家对污水处理水质标准的要求日趋严格,对水处理各构筑物的处理能力提出了更高的要求。二沉池是污水处理系统中的重要环节,提高其效能有助于提高出水质量和处理效率。在高负荷运行下保证二沉池的处理质量是水处理企业面对的难题。为了研究沉淀池在不同条件下的运行情况,分析二沉池最优出水水质所需结构参数,对沉淀池内沉淀物分布情况及水流流场分布进行研究具有较高应用指导价值。主要是利用流体模拟手段对二沉池不同进水方式、布水方式、结构参数进行模拟,根据模拟结果中沉淀浓度分布与流场分布确定最佳参数,优化二沉池出水水质,节约实验及时间成本。最后得到天津某污水处理厂试验用二沉池最优结构参数,该结构参数下出水SS仅为2.88μg/L。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of social economy, the national requirements for water quality standards of sewage treatment are increasingly strict, and higher requirements are put forward for the treatment capacity of water treatment structures. Secondary sedimentation tank is an important part of sewage treatment system, and improving its efficiency is helpful to improve the quality of effluent and treatment efficiency. Ensuring the treatment quality of secondary sedimentation tank under high load operation is a difficult problem faced by water treatment enterprises. In order to study the operation of the sedimentation tank under different conditions and analyze the structural parameters required for the optimal water quality of the secondary sedimentation tank, it is of high application guiding value to study the distribution of sediment and water flow field in the sedimentation tank. This paper mainly uses fluid simulation to simulate different water intake, water distribution and structural parameters of the secondary settling tank. According to the precipitation concentration distribution and flow field distribution in the simulation results, the optimal parameters are determined to optimize the water quality of the secondary settling tank and save the experiment and time cost. Finally, the optimal structural parameters of the secondary sedimentation tank were obtained, and the effluent SS was only 2.88 μg/L under the structural parameters.
