循环复氧生物膜工艺在农村分散式污水处理中的应用研究

【摘要】 针对农村分散式生活污水的治理,提出了一种新型循环复氧生物膜一体化处理工艺,并开发了智能网关和物联网管理平台,用于构建分散式农村污水处理设施智能化管理模式。利用实验室小试探索了循环复氧比这一关键参数对工艺运行效果的影响;在单户场景中,试验装备对COD和NH3-N的去除率分别可达到72.4%和75.4%,在高氨氮进水条件也能满足相应排放标准。在联户场景中,出水COD、NH3-N和TN分别为13~38 mg/L、0.4~4.8 mg/L和1.8~7.2 mg/L,均能稳定达到海南省地方标准的一级标准,不加药剂情况TP平均去除率为59.8%,同时对智能化管理模式进行了验证。研究表明,循环复氧生物膜一体化处理工艺具有低成本、易维护、抗水量和水质冲击性强的特点,能够适应多种复杂场景。

【Abstract】 For the treatment of decentralized domestic sewage in rural areas, we put forward a new type of sewage treatment process named integrated cyclic reoxygenation biofilm process, with an intelligent management and control platform, to develop an intelligent management mode of decentralized rural sewage treatment facilities. The influence of the key parameter of the cyclic reoxygenation ratio on the operation effect of the process was explored by laboratory test. In the single household scenario, the removal rates of COD and NH3-N by experimental equipment are as high as 72.4% and 75.4%, respectively. It can also meet the rural domestic sewage discharge standards under the condition of high ammonia nitrogen inflow. In the multi household scenario, the effluent COD, NH3-N and TN are respectively 13~38 mg/L, 0.4~4.8 mg/L and 1.8~7.2 mg/L, which can stably reach the standard of Hainan Province. The average removal rate of TP without dosing is 59.8%. The intelligent management mode has also been validated. The research shows that the integrated cyclic reoxygenation biofilm process has the characteristics of low cost, convenience for maintenance, and strong resistance to water quantity and water quality impact. It can adapt to a variety of complex scenarios.
