智能传感器在沥青路面服役性态监测中的应用

【摘要】 为促进公路基础设施的智能化,实现道路铺装结构的智能感知功能,研究阐释了道路传感器的技术类型和实践应用,分析了沥青路面传感器应用的技术挑战,结果表明,智能传感器在沥青路面服役性态监测中发挥了至关重要的作用,根据实施的技术路径不同,将道路智能传感器分为非接触式、表面接触式和内埋式,可实现对路域环境、路表功能状态及内部结构响应等目标信息的连续监测;受限于沥青混合料路面恶劣的施工与工作环境等影响,传感器在沥青路面性态监测中尚面临感知不精准、协同工作机理不明晰、结构损伤行为不明确及感知功能难持久等技术问题。研究成果可为促进传感器技术在沥青路面智能监测方面的应用提供重要参考价值。

【Abstract】 To promote the intelligence of highway infrastructure and realize the intelligent sensing function of road pavement structure,the technical types and practical applications of road sensors are studied and explained, and the technical challenges of asphalt pavement sensor applications are analyzed. The results show that intelligent sensors play a vital role in the service performance monitoring of asphalt pavement. According to the different technical paths, road intelligent sensors are divided into non-contact, surface-contact and embedded types, which can realize continuous monitoring of target information such as road environment, road surface functional status and internal structure response. Limited by the harsh construction and working environment of asphalt mixture pavement, the sensor still faces technical problems such as inaccurate perception, unclear cooperative working mechanism, unclear structural damage behavior and difficult persistence of perception function in asphalt pavement performance monitoring. The research results can provide important reference value for promoting the application of sensor technology in intelligent monitoring of asphalt pavement.
