【摘要】 随着工业4.0时代的来临，在我国经济发展上起到骨干作用的钢铁行业，登上了发展大舞台，如何帮助钢铁企业有效地进一步提升行业能力尤为重要。文章以Y公司为研究对象，对Y公司生产管理问题进行深入研究，运用文献分析法和案例研究法找出并分析了Y公司生产管理中存在的问题。提出了Y公司在成本控制、人员调配、全面质量管理三方面的改进建议，落实精益生产，推动行业发展，在未来将进一步深化应用该方法，取得更大的成果。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the advent of the Industry 4.0 era, the iron and steel industry, which plays a backbone role in China’s economic development, has boarded the development stage, and how to help iron and steel enterprises effectively further enhance the industry capacity is particularly important. This paper takes Company Y as the research object, conducts an in-depth study on the production management of Company Y, and uses literature analysis and case study to find out and analyze the existing problems in production management of Company Y. The paper puts forward improvement suggestions for Y company in cost control, personnel deployment and total quality management,implements lean production, promotes the development of the industry, and will further deepen the application of this method in the future to achieve greater results.更多还原
