新时代国防特色自动化专业人才培养的探索与实践

【摘要】 自动化是将人类从繁重危险的体力和脑力劳动中解放出来并推动生产力发展的关键技术之一,对近代科技发展的贡献无处不在。人工智能技术的飞速发展对自动化专业的人才培养提出了新要求。网络智能时代如何培养具备厚基础、宽口径、强能力、高素质的新一代高质量创新型人才是自动化专业人才培养的重要使命。北航自动化专业始建于1954年飞机设备系,数代自动化人传承红色基因、赓续初心使命,培育出一大批自动化专业的杰出人才,有力支撑了我国国防重大工程领军领导人才的队伍建设。新时代新征程,北航自动化人提出了思政与培养、艺术与专业、理论与实践“三协同”的育人理念;经过三届班子接续干,形成了具有鲜明国防特色的“养德润人、融艺启人、创新育人”的控制学科本研一体人才培养体系,开拓了我国自动化专业人才培养的新途径。

【Abstract】 Automation is one of the key technologies liberating humans from the heavy and dangerous physical and mental labor and driving the development of productivity. The contributions of automation to the development of modern technology are ubiquitous. The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of automation professionals. It is an important mission for the cultivation of automation professionals to cultivate a new generation of high-quality innovative talents with a solid foundation, broad scope, strong abilities, and high quality in the era of network intelligence. Automation of Beihang University was founded in the Department of Aircraft Equipment in 1954. A large number of outstanding talents in the field of automation have been cultivated through generations of automation professionals inheriting the red gene and continuing their original mission, which effectively supported the construction of a leading talent team for major national defense projects in our country. In the new era and new journey, Automation of Beihang University has proposed the educational concept of “three collaborations” of ideological and political education and cultivation, art and profession, and theory and practice. After three consecutive sessions of leaderships, a talent training system of control discipline integrating undergraduate and graduate studies has been formed with distinctive national defense characteristics, which includes “cultivate virtue and moist talents, merge art and inspire talents, innovate and educate talents”. A new path for the cultivation of automation professionals in our country has been explored.
