风积沙玄武岩纤维混凝土力学特性研究
Study on Mechanical Properties of Aeolian Sand Basalt Fiber Reinforced Concrete
【摘要】 文章以风积沙玄武岩纤维混凝土为研究对象,采用WHY-3000型压力机探究不同风积沙掺量、不同玄武岩纤维掺量的风积沙玄武岩纤维混凝土力学特性。结果表明:随着纤维掺量及长度的增加,风积沙玄武岩纤维混凝土力学特性先升高后降低;玄武岩纤维掺量为0.2%,长度为17 mm时,其抗压强度与抗拉强度较高,玄武岩纤维约束风积沙混凝土横向膨胀效果较好。
【Abstract】 This paper takes aeolian sand basalt fiber concrete as the research object, and uses WHY-3000 pressure machine to explore the mechanical properties of aeolian sand basalt fiber concrete with different amounts of aeolian sand and basalt fiber. The results show that with the increase of fiber content and length, the mechanical properties of aeolian sand basalt fiber concrete first increase and then decrease; When the content of basalt fiber is 0.2% and the length is 17 mm, its compressive and tensile strength are relatively high. The basalt fiber has a good effect on restraining the lateral expansion of windblown sand concrete.
