【摘要】 文章回顾了环胶州湾地区20世纪90年代以来的规划建设历程，讨论当前国土空间规划下，大尺度城市设计应有的城乡/海陆统筹、弹性化思维理念。同时借鉴国外经验，从“结构—风景—断面”三个由大到小的尺度，提出了“发展轴”“风景规划”“城乡控制单元”等可供环胶州湾地区城市设计参考的策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper reviews the development history of the Jiaozhou Bay area since the 1990s, and discusses the concepts of urban/rural/sea/land integration and resilience in largescale urban design under the current territorial spatial planning.Meanwhile, drawing on foreign experience, the paper provides the strategies for the urban design of Jiaozhou Bay area for reference,such as “development axis” “landscape planning”, and “urban and rural control unit”, from three scales of “structure-landscape-section”from large to small.更多还原
