【摘要】 目前历史城镇的活化利用存在单一化、片面化，不能充分发挥历史城镇的潜在价值，本研究构建基于物质性价值、非物质性价值和保护措施三方面的活化价值评价体系，针对非名城名镇的历史城镇进行活化价值评价，此类历史城镇由于经济水平落后、保护观念不强，没有保存完善的古建筑、古街等历史风貌。因此，需要从历史、经济、社会、文化等多方面，通过对历史城镇当下现状资源进行全方位活化价值层次分析量化评价，挖掘活化利用的切入点，对历史城镇进行针对性的活化利用，充分实现现有资源的最大化利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently, the activation and utilization of historical towns are unitary and one-sided, and the potential value of historical towns cannot be fully exploited. This paper constructs an activation value evaluation system based on three aspects of material value,non-material value, and protection measures. The activation value evaluation is conducted for historical towns and cities that are not famous, which have backward economic level, weak protection concepts, and no well-preserved ancient buildings, ancient streets and other historical features. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive activation value hierarchy analysis and quantitative evaluation on the current resources in historical towns from multiple aspects, such as history, economy, society, and culture, etc., so as to explore the entry points for activation and utilization, to carry out targeted activation and utilization of historical towns, and to make best use of the existing resources.更多还原
