【摘要】 滨水空间是区域重要的生态空间，也是城乡发展中的“黄金地带”，亦是城市人居空间的聚集地，是生态文明建设的重要承载空间。新形势下，探索滨水空间的生态文明建设，对提升区域生态系统服务功能、引导滨水空间存量用地更新、提升滨水空间公共效益、展示山水与地域文化、满足人民群众对美好生活的向往具有现实意义。文章通过剖析闽江福州段沿线滨水空间的现状问题与规划挑战，从生态、空间、文化三个维度探讨了城市滨水空间综合提升的规划管控与建设指引，以期创造新时期城市滨水空间可持续发展的人居环境典范。更多还原

【Abstract】 Waterfront space is an important regional ecological space, the most valuable space resource in urban and rural areas, the attractive place for human settlement, and also an important carrier for the construction of ecological civilization. In front of the new situation, the exploration on the ecological civilization construction of urban waterfront space has practical significance for improving the service function of regional ecosystem, guiding the renewal of the existing land in waterfront space, improving the public benefit of waterfront space, presenting landscapes and regional culture, and satisfying the people’s yearning for a better life. By analyzing the present situation, problems and planning challenges of waterfront space along Fuzhou section of Minjiang River, this paper discusses the planning control and construction guidelines for the comprehensive improvement of urban waterfront space from three aspects of ecology, space, and culture, in order to create a sustainable development model of human settlement in urban waterfront space in the new period.更多还原
