【摘要】 “一带一路”提出以来,取得了丰硕成果,也遭遇了经济冷战思维的挑战:其互利目的和共建内容遭到经济冷战思维的曲解,发展进程遭到或明或暗的阻挠。经济冷战思维对“一带一路”的挑战有其文化和意识形态差异导致的理解偏差、发展道路迥异导致的制度隔阂,但根源在于国际垄断资本的经济利益维护。在应对经济冷战思维挑战中推进“一带一路”建设,要加强国际传播影响力,积极为“一带一路”正名;要做大分好共同利益“蛋糕”,完善“一带一路”互利机制。但对于经济冷战思维的种种刻意曲解和挑衅,要敢于斗争善于对话,应对挑战化解冲突。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the Belt and Road Initiative was proposed,it has achieved fruitful results,but it has also encountered the challenge of Economic Cold War mentality.The mutually beneficial purpose and content of the Belt and Road Initiative have been misinterpreted by the Economic Cold War Thinking,and the “Belt and Road ”process has been explicitly or implicitly obstructed.The challenge of Economic Cold War Thinking to the “Belt and Road ”is due to the understanding bias caused by cultural and ideological differences,the systemic gap caused by very different development paths,and is rooted in the economic interests of international monopoly capital.To promote the construction of the “Belt and Road ”in addressing the challenges of Economic Cold War Thinking,it is necessary to strengthen the influence of international communication and actively do justice to the “Belt and Road”.It is also necessary to make a bigger and better “cake ”of common interests and improve the mutually beneficial mechanism of the “Belt and Road”.However,with regard to all the deliberate misinterpretations and provocations of the Economic Cold War mentality,it is necessary to be bold enough to fight and adept enough to engage in dialogue in order to meet the challenges and defuse the conflicts.更多还原
