芯片国产化背景下材料专业微电子材料与器件方向人才培养模式的意义与实践

【摘要】 随着我国对半导体芯片技术的日益重视,完善材料专业微电子材料与器件方向的人才培养模式、提升该方向的人才培养水平,已成为新时代高校人才培养的必然要求。通过加强拥有高校和企业背景的师资队伍建设、完善基础和专业兼顾的课程体系、构建校企合作培养平台等措施,湘潭大学材料专业微电子材料与器件方向开展了一系列人才培养模式探索并取得了重要成效,为我国微电子芯片和电子信息领域的人才培养作出了重要贡献。

【Abstract】 The running and development of the chip industry are inseparable from a large number of technical personnels with microelectronic materials professional background.With the increasing importance of semiconductor chip technology,completing the talent-cultivation system and improving the teaching ability of microelectronic materials and device direction in materials major are the inevitable demands of the new era on university education.Through strengthening the teaching staff with university and industrial backgrounds,perfecting the basic and professional curriculum system,constructing school-enterprise cooperative training platform and so on,the microelectronic materials and device direction in school of materials science and engineering from Xiangtan University has carried out a series of explorations in talent cultivation mode and has made great achievements.These efforts have made great contribution to the talent cultivation in microelectronic chip and electronic information fields of our country.
