双轨运行下智能制造实训基地创新实践
Innovative Practice of Intelligent Manufacturing Training Base with Dual-track Operation
【摘要】 湖南化工职业技术学院智能制造虚拟仿真实训基地从“中国制造2025”战略规划出发,紧扣湖南省“三高四新”战略,围绕智能制造技术、高端数控加工技术、工业机器人技术等先进制造核心技术发展需求,集中顶尖制造企业的技术优势和职业院校的资源及人才培养优势,通过生产与教学的双轨运行,保持实训基地的先进性,为学生提供虚实结合的生产环境,搭建递进融合式实践教学体系,完成智能制造专业群的多层级一体化教学,整合教育和社会资源,促进学校科技产业化创新。基地双轨运行下的产学研融合创新实践,实现校企联动推进了产业转型升级、高技能人才培养、教育教学改革、专业提质培优、社会技能培训等事业的快速发展。
【Abstract】 The intelligent manufacturing virtual simulation training base of Hunan Chemical Vocational Technology College, starting from the "Made in China 2025" strategic plan, closely following the strategy of "three high and four new" of Hunan Province, focusing on the development needs of advanced manufacturing core technologies, such as intelligent manufacturing technology, high-end CNC machining technology, industrial robotics technology etc., concentrating on the technological advantages of top manufacturing companies and the resources and talent cultivation advantages of vocational colleges, maintaining the advanced nature of the training base, providing students with a production environment that combines virtuality and reality, building a progressive and integrated practical teaching system, completing the multi-level integrated teaching of the intelligent manufacturing professional group, integrating educational and social resources, and promoting scientific and technological industrialization and innovation of the college through the dual-track operation of production and teaching. The innovative practice of industry-university-research integration at the base has realized the rapid development of industrial transformation and upgrading, cultivation of high-skilled talents, education and teaching reform, professional quality improvement and excellence, and social skills training through school-enterprise linkage.
