【摘要】 通过大数据技术手段抓取了北京市59所高校的政府采购公告数据，涉及教育部直属高校、其他部委直属高校和北京市属高校，分析了不同高校类型政府采购总额在2021—2023年的变动趋势以及不同类型采购项目在2021—2023年的变动情况。这些项目在不同年份的采购总额变化趋势各异，有的呈逐年增长趋势，有的呈先增后降趋势。并以中国人民大学作为教育部直属高校案例与总体数据进行对比分析，学校政府采购总额和项目类型分布情况与教育部直属高校整体趋势相似，但在某些项目类型上表现出与总体不同的增长或下降趋势。最后，展望了大数据在北京市高校政府采购工作中的应用前景，包括数据支持决策、智能化采购流程、风险控制和监测、社会参与和监督以及面临的挑战等，提出相应的政策建议，包括强化政策支持和规范性指导、深化数据整合与共享机制建设、优化技术创新与人才培养支持，以促进政府采购行业的规范化和标准化发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes and studies the government procurement data of 59 universities in Beijing,including central universities directly managed by the Ministry of Education,universities directly managed by other ministries and municipal universities.The paper analyzes the trend of government procurement total amount from 2021 to 2023,and the changes of different types of procurement projects from 2021 to 2023.The trend of procurement total amount of these projects in different years is different,with some increasing year by year and others increasing first and then decreasing.In addition,the paper analyzes the government procurement total amount and project type distribution of Renmin University of China as a case study of central universities and compares it with the overall data.The total government procurement amount and project type distribution of Renmin University of China are similar to the overall trend of central universities,but there are some project categories that show different growth or decline compared to the overall trend.Finally,the paper looks forward to the application prospect of big data in Beijing’s government procurement work,including data-based decision support,intelligent procurement process,risk control and monitoring,and the challenges faced.At the same time,it puts forward corresponding policy recommendations,including strengthening policy support and standardized guidance,deepening the construction of data integration and sharing mechanisms,optimizing technological innovation and talent support to promote the standardization and standardization of government procurement industry.更多还原
