劳创融合理念下工程训练课程教学改革与创新实践
Teaching Reform and Innovation Practice of Engineering Training Course under the Concept of Labor-innovation Integration
【摘要】 工程训练课程按照新时代劳动教育的要求,遵循劳创融合的理念,明确了“知识—能力—素质”的培养目标,并从“认知—体验—评价”三个维度进行教学创新设计,使学生在认知中启迪劳动创新,在体验中感悟劳动创新,在评价中激励劳动创新,有助于实现课程知识传授、能力提升和价值引领的育人功能,取得了良好的成效。
【Abstract】 In accordance with the requirements of labor education in the new era, the engineering training course, adhering to the educational concept of integration of labor and innovation, has formulated the training goal of "knowledge-ability-quality" of the course, and carried out teaching innovation design from three dimensions of "cognition-experience-evaluation", so that students can inspire labor innovation in cognition, feel labor innovation in experience, and encourage labor innovation in evaluation. It helps to realize the teaching function of curriculum knowledge, ability improvement and value guidance, and has achieved good results.
