【摘要】 北京科技大学自动化学院北京市高等学校实验教学示范中心建立了三级资产管理体系，健全了各项资产管理制度，规范了工作流程，从仪器设备购置计划申报、采购、安全运行、有效利用等方面进行了改革和研究，提高了实验教学示范中心的资产管理水平，使资产安全、高效地服务于实验教学，保障了人才培养工作的顺利完成，充分发挥了省级实验教学示范中心的辐射示范作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Experimental teaching demonstration center established a three-level assets management system. Asset management system was sounded, and the workflow was standardized. The research and reform in the submission, procurement, safe operation and effective utilization of the equipment purchase plan improved the asset management level of the experimental teaching demonstration center, made the asset safely and efficiently served the experimental and teaching work, ensured the smooth completion of the personnel training in the experimental teaching demonstration center and gave the full play to the radiation and the exemplary role of the provincial experimental teaching demonstration center.更多还原
