新工科背景下机电类专业复变函数与积分变换课程的形象化教学改革探讨

【摘要】 复变函数与积分变换是机电类专业数学课程的重要组成部分,教学内容以理论阐述为主,对于工科学生的数学基础要求较高,授课难度较大。长期以来,该课程被视为是与高等数学一样的数学类课程,在教学上以纯数学理论推导、习题演算等方式为主,导致存在教学方式高度抽象、工科学生缺少形象化思维训练的痼疾。在新工科背景下,尝试在课程中利用Mathematica,Maple等数学软件和LabVIEW等工业软件设计形象化演示实例,将交互式计算实例引入教学。实践证明,该教学方式有助于提高课程教学质量,增强学生的学习兴趣,培养学生将工程思维和数学思维相结合解决实际问题的能力。

【Abstract】 Complex function and integral transformation is an important part of the electro-mechanical engineering mathematics course. The content is mainly theoretical elaboration. It requires high mathematical foundation for engineering students, and the teaching is difficult.For a long time, this course is treated as a mathematics course in the same way as advanced mathematics, and the teaching is mainly based on traditional methods such as pure mathematical theoretical derivation and exercise calculus, which makes this course highly abstract in teaching methods and lack of image for engineering students. Under the background of new engineering, the author tries to design visual demonstration examples in the course through mathematical software such as Mathematica, Maple and industrial software such as LabVIEW,and introduce interactive computing examples into teaching. Practice has proved that this teaching method is helpful to improve the teaching quality of the course, enhance students’ interest in learning, and cultivate students’ ability to solve practical problems by combining engineering thinking and mathematical thinking.
