【摘要】 随着经济快速发展和农业现代化不断推进，培养具有创新能力和适应行业需求的专业人才已成为当前农业资源与环境专业亟待解决的问题之一。在厘清当代农业资源与环境本科人才培养存在问题的基础上，调研行业人才需求，确定专业人才培养目标，重构与行业需求深度融合的课程体系，搭建“四位一体”育人平台，构筑“多元协同”育人模式，实现全链条全员育人，全方位提升学生的知识水平、技能和价值观，增强学生对新时代的适应性。相关研究结果有助于推动新时代农业资源与环境专业人才培养模式的科学合理重构。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid economic development and continuous advancement of agricultural modernization in China, cultivating professionals with innovative abilities and adaptability to industry demand has become one of the urgent issues that need to be addressed in the major of Agricultural Resources and Environment education. Based on clarifying the existing issues in the cultivation of undergraduate talents in contemporary Agricultural Resources and Environment major, this article conducts a survey on industry demand, determines the cultivated objectives for professional talents, reconstructs a curriculum system that is deeply integrated with industry demands, establishes a “four-in-one” education platform, and constructs a “multi-faceted collaborative” education model. This approach realizes comprehensive education throughout the entire process, comprehensively enhances students’ knowledge level, skills, and values, and increases their adaptability to the new era. The relevant research results are conducive to promoting the scientific and reasonable reconstruction of the talent cultivation model for Agricultural Resources and Environment major in the new era.更多还原
