【Abstract】 Curriculum ideology and politics is an important measure for colleges and universities to implement moral education, and curriculum resource construction is an important guarantee for achieving the goal of ideological and political education, and is an indispensable soft support for carrying out various teaching activities. According to the characteristics of probability theory and mathematical statistics course, and the OBE teaching concept, this paper discusses the contents and ways of the course construction of probability theory and mathematical statistics from the three aspects of course faculty construction, the textbook construction and the online course construction, gives a design framework for online resource construction and course resource content design relying on the Superstar Learning Platform, and provides the sustainable guarantee for ideological and political education of probability theory and mathematical statistics.更多还原
