【Abstract】 The professional and ideological education is highly related to the stability of professional ideology and future-career development of agricultural college students. This is the primary task to ensure the teaching level and improve the quality of talent training. Only when the professional ideology is stable, students will have the consciousness and initiative to learn professional knowledge, and will have solid professional quality and strong comprehensive quality. Taking the plant protection specialty of Gansu Agricultural University as an example,this paper discusses the effective ways and measures to strengthen the professional and ideological education and employment ability of agricultural college students under the new situation, based on the school-enterprise cooperation model.
