【摘要】 幼儿教师工作满意度影响着幼儿园教育质量及可持续发展。对贵州民族地区658名幼儿教师工作满意度现状进行调研，结果显示贵州民族地区幼儿教师工作满意度达到中上程度，但在不同维度和人口学变量上表现出不均衡和差异性。提高幼儿教师的工资待遇，感受工作付出与回报成比例；营造和谐的工作环境，构建民主科学的管理模式；进行合理的考核机制，提供公平进修和发挥才能的机会，是提高幼儿教师工作满意度，进而促进幼儿园教育高质量发展的有效路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Preschool teachers’ job satisfaction directly affects the quality of kindergarten education. The investigation of the current situation of job satisfaction of 658 preschool teachers in Guizhou ethnic areas shows that the job satisfaction of preschool teachers in Guizhou ethnic areas reaches the upper and middle level, but it shows imbalance and difference in different dimensions and demographic variables. It is an effective way to improve the job satisfaction of preschool teachers and promote the high-quality development of kindergarten education by improving the salary of preschool teachers, and feeling the proportion of work pay and return; creating a harmonious working environment and building a democratic and scientific management model; carrying out a reasonable assessment mechanism and providing fair opportunities for further study and development.更多还原
