【摘要】 通过对浙江工业大学食品科学与工程学院“食品物流学”课程现有教学现状的分析，针对该课程教学中存在的问题，采用多元融合的教学模式对“食品物流学”课程进行了改革和实践，包括调整授课方式、优化考核评价方法、强化跨学科交叉、融合思政教育等，在学生科研能力、学术水平、教师满意度等方面取得了不错的成效。有助于充分发挥学生的学习积极性和主动性，全方位提升学生的综合素质和实践能力，培养适应新时代的具备知识、能力、素养的复合型食品科技人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the current teaching status of Food Logistics in the College of Food Science and Technology, Zhejiang University of Technology, this paper adopted a multi-integrated teaching mode to reform and practice this curriculum, including adjusting the teaching method, optimizing the examination and evaluation method, strengthening the cross-disciplinary, integrating ideological and political education, etc. The teaching reform has achieved good results in the aspects of students’ scientific research ability, academic level and teachers’ satisfaction. It can help improve students’ learning enthusiasm and positivity, as well as comprehensive quality and practical ability, and thus cultivate multi-talented students owning knowledge, ability and accomplishment in the field of food science and technology.更多还原
