【摘要】 大学生的学术素养培养至关重要，关系到国家的整体教育水平与创新水平。基于针对本科毕业生的调研，运用主成分分析和多元回归分析方法，分析了学术素养的四个组成要素，即学术知识、学术能力、学术意识和学术道德所占权重，最终得出大学生学术素养的核心要素函数。分析了其他外部影响因素对学术素养培养的影响，从而提出从宏观到微观各层面的培养路径建议，包括构建学生参与学术研究的实践平台、建立鼓励学术研究的制度体系、强化导师制的落地、营造学术研究的氛围等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cultivation of college students’ academic literacy is very important which relates to the overall education level and innovation level of our country. Based on the empirical research of college graduates, this paper analyzes academic literacy from four aspects: academic knowledge, academic ability, academic consciousness and academic morality, and applies the methods of principal component analysis and multiple regression analysis, then obtains the core factors of academic literacy of college students based on the results of the survey. Other external factors are analyzed, and advice on cultivation path are put forward including constructing practice platform,establishing encouraging system, strengthening tutorial system and creating an academic atmosphere.更多还原
