【摘要】 根据“专业分工”逻辑设计的高校人才培养模式虽然具有一定的效率优势，但也存在割裂的专业知识片段和高度整合的社会实践场景之间难以衔接的弊端。借鉴管理学“细胞式生产”理论并通过教学实践，从教师开展专业教学与人才培养的角度出发，探索“细胞式培养”教学模式，在专业课堂与“双创”赛事两个平台上，通过观察期、磨炼期与成就期等不同培养阶段的教学举措，推动“双创”教育与专业教育融合，以在一定程度上解决专业知识传授与实践能力培养之间的衔接问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The talent cultivation model in universities designed according to the logic of “division based on profession” has certain efficiency advantages, but it also has the disadvantage of difficulty in connecting fragmented professional knowledge and highly integrated social practice scenarios. The author draws on the management theory of “cellular production” and through teaching practice, explores the “cellular cultivation” teaching model from the perspective of teachers carrying out professional teaching and talent cultivation. On the two platforms of professional classrooms and “innovation and entrepreneurship” competitions, teaching measures are taken through different cultivation stages such as the observation period, tempering period, and achievement period to promote the integration of “innovation and entrepreneurship” education and professional education, thereby solving to some extent the connection problem between the imparting of professional knowledge and the cultivation of practical abilities.更多还原
