【Abstract】 Party Branch of Science & Engineering graduate students in colleges and universities is an important position, which is a nurturing and ideological leadership position for the country to cultivate high-level talents in the frontier and key fields of Science & Engineering. In the face of higher new requirements for the construction and functioning of Party branches in the new era, how to improve the quality of the construction and strengthen the role of Party Branches as a fighting fortress has become an important and urgent issue of Party building in colleges and universities. First of all, this paper analyzes the new situation, new requirements and existing problems faced by Party Branch building of Science & Engineering graduate students in colleges and universities.
