【摘要】 研究生作为科学研究人员中的新生力量和后备人才，其思想品德及学识水平不仅影响研究生自身的前途，还影响科学研究队伍的整体素质，甚至影响国家民族未来的发展。因此，非常有必要不断健全研究生德才兼备培养体系，落实立德树人根本任务，促进研究生培养目标的全面实现。总结了研究生思想道德和学风方面存在的问题，以及阻碍研究生德才兼备培养的主要影响因素，并对中南大学铁道工程专业研究生德才兼备培养体系进行了初步探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 As new blood and reserve talents among scientific researchers,graduate students’ moral education and academic level not only affect their own future,but also affect the overall quality of the scientific research team,and even affect the future development of the country and nation. Therefore,it is very necessary to continuously improve the cultivation system of both morality and ability for graduate students,implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents,and promote the comprehensive realization of graduate training goals. The paper summarizes the problems in the ideological,moral,and academic style of graduate students,as well as the main influencing factors that hinder the cultivation of both morality and ability for graduate students.It also preliminarily explores the system of cultivating both morality and ability for graduate students of railway engineering major in Central South University.更多还原
